Midweek Bible Study - Questions That Every Christian Should Ask (And Answer)
CO-ED Wednesdays Beginning January 8 // 11:00 a.m., Chapel // 16 Weeks
Join us as we examine some questions every Christian should ask (and answer). Pastor David and other staff members will help us discover how Scripture answers these critical questions. Some topics include:
Were Adam and Eve real people?
Does the Bible justify slavery?
Does the Bible actually condemn same-sex relationships?
How do we reconcile the love of God with an eternal Hell?
Don’t all religions basically teach the same thing?
Led by Dr. David Eldridge

Jonah: Navigating a Life Interrupted by Priscilla Shirer
WOMEN Wednesdays beginning January 8 // 9:30 a.m. // 254 North // 14 Weeks
Studying the book of Jonah, we’ll dive deep into a story often remembered for its remarkable events—storms, a great fish, and a prophet running from God. But at its heart, Jonah is about something even more profound: how God’s interruptions can transform lives and spark revival. Join us as we consider themes of mercy, obedience, and God’s relentless pursuit in Jonah’s life and in our own. Our hope is to grow in our ability to welcome God’s divine redirection in our everyday lives.
Led by Robbie Roberts
Romans Part 4: Precept Study
Wednesdays beginning January 8 // 9 Weeks // WOMEN 9:30 a.m. // 257 North
In this final part of our Romans series, we’ll delve into the practical teachings of chapters 12 through 16, where Paul provides guidance on how believers are called to live out their faith. These chapters are rich with insights for everyday Christian living and shows us what it means to be transformed from within. These insights will help us grow in Christ-like character and deepen our commitment to Jesus through our relationships with one another.

DivorceCare is a 13-week program that helps people find healing and hope after divorce or separation. The program is designed to be a safe and caring place to find support and help. The program is made up of three main parts: video, group discussion, and a participant book for practical application. Each week, we watch a 30-minute video with practical suggestions from counselors and other experts on divorce recovery. DivorceCare leaders, Phyllis and MJ Lyons, have been through divorce themselves and want to help others get to a place of healing and recovery. The program presents biblical teaching on marriage, divorce, forgiveness, conflict resolution, and reconciliation.

Celebration of Discipline by Richard J. Foster
CO-ED Wednesdays beginning January 29 // 6:15 p.m. // 255 North // 10 Weeks
In this second semester (Part 1 was taught in fall 2024), we will continue to explore some of the “classic” spiritual disciplines of the Christian faith: simplicity, solitude, submission, service, confession, worship, guidance, and celebration. Utilizing Richard Foster’s Celebration of Discipline and other trusted resources, we will follow a two-week cycle of reading, discussing as a group, and practicing each of the disciplines. Join us as we discover that the purpose of spiritual disciplines is to “allow us to place ourselves before God so that he can transform us.”
