About the Program: Come and learn different ways to prepare fish that everyone at the dinner table can enjoy. You will also have the opportunity to taste these creations. Invite a friend to join you for this free class. Reservations are required.

About the Chef: Chef Chris Vizzina is an Executive Chef and President of Campus Dining, Inc. which is headquartered at Samford University. He is a 20-year veteran of the culinary community and winner of numerous awards.
