Female Incontinence Issues

Speaker: Dr. Nicole Massie is a urologist at the Urology Centers of Alabama.

Urinary incontinence isn’t a disease, it’s a symptom.  Urinary incontinence is the accidental release of urine.
It can be caused by everyday habits, underlying medical conditions or physical problems.
More than 13 million people in the United States – both male and female, young and old -- experience incontinence.
Women experience incontinence twice as often as men.  Dr. Massie will help those in attendance understand the most current
options available in the treatment of female urinary incontinence.

A light lunch of a salad and sandwich will be provided. Reservations are required.
