Jan is a native of Alabama.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University (Auburn, Alabama) and a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Wake Forest, North Carolina.)  She has served on staff with Prison Fellowship Ministries in Raleigh, North Carolina and Birmingham, Alabama.  Jan came to Dawson as a part of the Ministry Staff in July 2004.  She is married to Ricky, and they have two children.
