Kara Fincher, a Mississippi native, moved to Birmingham to attend Samford University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and a minor in Worship Leadership. Kara worked full-time in a marketing position while she completed the Master of Arts in Theological Studies program at Beeson Divinity School. She began serving at Dawson in 2019. Kara is a worship leader and has a unique passion for congregational worship. She is married to Caleb, and they have one daughter, Grace. Kara and Caleb spend their free time co-writing and producing worship music.
