Kyle Bailey started at Dawson in 2022 after many years working in higher education. Originally from Marietta, Georgia, Kyle and his family moved to Birmingham in 2009 for him to attend seminary at Beeson Divinity School. He graduated from Beeson in 2013 with a Master of Divinity. Kyle and his wife, Ali, met as undergraduate students at the University of Georgia. Drawn together by their passion for missions and ministry, they married in 2001. Kyle and Ali traveled extensively in their early years of marriage, serving primarily with mission partners in South Asia and Latin America. When their children (Thomas and Claire) were young, they spent two years on staff with a mission organization in Central America. The Baileys now live in Homewood with their Goldendoodle, Gus
