Keep your 12 – 18-year-old son in TOP condition this JANUARY with Dawson's workout program designed specifically for your teen boy to learn the fundamentals of strength training and athletic conditioning.
Your teen has never worked out? Not a problem- this class will teach them the basics they need to work out safely and give them confidence to work out on their own. Teen already an athlete? Perfect - this session will help keep them in peak shape over the season, so they are prepared for their sports.
Cost is $80 for every Tuesday and Thursday starting January 7th at 5:30pm and ending January 30th. It includes a FREE facility’s membership during the month of the program, giving them the opportunity to work out outside of the sessions. Your son can’t make every class? That's fine - Come to as many as their schedule allows.
This program is open to 12 – 18-year-old boys!
