DAWSON WELCOMES NEW ASSOCIATE MINISTER OF RECREATION
We are excited to announce Reggie Hatcher as our new Associate Minister of Recreation. Reggie began serving at Dawson on January 30, 2023. Reggie is married to Sarah. They have a daughter, Isla, who is eight months old. Reggie is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Reggie has over five years of experience leading recreation ministry in the local church. Reggie has a clear call to ministry and a passion to make disciples through recreation ministry. In this role at Dawson, Reggie will take on aspects of operations of the Famiy Recreation Center, fitness, kids and youth basketball, summer camps, and men's basketball. We are excited to have Reggie join the Dawson staff and look forward to seeing God use him in our recreation ministry. Please join us in praying for Reggie, Sarah, and Isla as they make this transition to join that staff at Dawson.

NEW TOGETHER FOR LIFE BEGINS SUNDAY
Sundays, February 5–April 23, 9:45 a.m., Fellowship Hall
Together For Life is a 12-week traditional Christian marriage course that teaches engaged and newly-married couples valuable truths and skills that will make their marriages last a lifetime. This course is offered on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall beginning February 5. There is no cost and couples do not need to be members of Dawson to attend. Registration is now open online at dawsonchurch.org/tfl.

COMBINED ADULT LIFE GROUPS ON FEBRUARY 26
Pending church approval on the Santuary renovation plan on February 19, Adult Life Groups will meet in combined large groups on February 26 to begin sharing information about that plan. Specific locations will be shared by each Life Group. Food will be provided as we discuss our involvement in making the Sanctuary renovation a reality. A special Bible study lesson will be a part of the activities. Please plan to take part in the kickoff of this exciting time for Dawson.

At Dawson, we believe church membership matters. That’s why we have created a new class for all guests and new members called Membership Matters. This two-hour class provides an opportunity for us to share the heart of who Dawson is. We will take a close look at our Vision and Mission statements, our Doctrinal Foundation, and the ongoing discipleship and mission opportunities available for all members. Our first Membership Matters class is Sunday, February 12, from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Reservations are required, and you can register at dawsonchurch.org/membershipmatters. Lunch will be served.
