For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.

November Memory Verse
Together in Giving & Serving
For more than 40 years, people have come to Dawson for the beautiful experience of worship led by the Sanctuary Choir & Orchestra and Combined Student Choirs. You will hear about the joy that God gave us with the birth of His son, Jesus, through Candlelight at Dawson. Culminating with the candlelit singing of Silent Night, these evenings of worship are anticipated each year by our community, making it a perfect time to invite a teacher, neighbor, or friend. This year there will be three worship opportunities:
Friday, December 15 at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, December 16 at 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, December 17 at 5:00 p.m.
Doors open 45 minutes prior to the service.

Last year, Dawson’s Student Ministry hosted over 300 students in grades 6-12 during Disciple Now weekend, and we are preparing for an amazing DNOW 2024. We cannot do this without the help of many volunteers. You can help by signing up to be a host home (we currently need homes to host guys), to be a small group leader, or to work with hospitality for the weekend. We need at least 60 small group leaders, 26 host homes, and numerous hospitality volunteers. Please help us make this a meaningful weekend for students by volunteering with us. Learn more on the website, or contact Karmin Lytle for more information.

Together in Ministries
Dawson’s Music & Worship Ministry invites you to the combined Chapel Choir, Middle School Choir & Collide Choirs Christmas Service. These young people gift their offerings of worship to God with energy and enthusiasm, inviting us to join in along the way. It’s a perfect time to invite teachers, neighbors, or friends to participate in worship at Dawson.
The program will be livestreamed at live.dawsonchurch.org.

Ladies, you are invited to stop by one of the welcome desks beginning Sunday, November 26 for a complimentary Advent gift from Dawson Women’s Ministry. Our prayer for you, amidst the hustle and bustle, is that you may find places and spaces to “Prepare Him Room” this Christmas. Gifts are available at Next Steps, or at the Arendall and North Building Welcome Desks.
