PRAY FOR STUDENTS & LEADERS AT BREAKAWAY
Friday–Monday, July 19–22, Panama City, FL
Please be in prayer for our DSM students (grades 6-12) and leaders as they travel to Panama City and stay at Cottages Christian Retreat for Breakaway 2024. Each day will be packed full of worship sessions, with preaching from Camp Pastor, Jason Curry, and worship led by Kara Fincher. There will be free time at the beach, REC games, and epic late night themed festivities! Please pray that our students will have open hearts to whatever God plans to teach them as we learn and grow in Christ and in community.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES FOR COY, AL
School supplies are being collected for students in Coy, Alabama, our adopted community in the Black Belt region of South Alabama. Some items that are needed include loose leaf paper, folders, pens, pencils, markers, colored pencils, crayons, pencil pouches, pencil sharpeners, and rulers. Collection tubs are located at the Church Office and the Welcome Desk in the Arendall Building. Please make your donations by Sunday, July 21. Fostering Faithfully

Whether you're a seasoned foster parent or just beginning your fostering journey, Fostering Faithfully is a support group that provides foster parents the opportunity to walk alongside each other offering support, sharing resources, and building a community within our church. Our focus will be to equip foster parents with practical strategies for managing the unique needs of children in our homes, seek biblical wisdom and guidance in navigating the complexities of foster care, and encourage and uplift one another through the challenges and triumphs of fostering. Together, let’s lean on God’s grace and support one another as we strive to foster faithfully.

Summer Adult Bible Study

Tommy Sanders leads our summer adult Bible study entitled Living Faithfully: A Study in James. It is important to know and understand what we believe regarding our faith, but it should be a living faith. Our daily lives should also be a reflection of our faith. This study of the book of James provides insights to spiritual maturity regardless of the season of life we may be experiencing. The study meets on Wednesdays on July 17, 24, and 31. An optional lunch will follow in the Fellowship Hall. No reservation is needed.

Summer Auxano This July

AUXANO is our weeknight worship service for college students and young adults (18–29 year olds). We gather together every week to worship God through song, prayer, and God’s Word. AUXANO will meet three more times this summer: July 16, July 23, and July 30.
